Fall is a beautiful time of the year.  I love the changing colors of the leaves and the colder, frosty nights.  

The studio activities are moving along.

The Canada Music Week concert was last night at All Saints Anglican Church with five studio members participating.

Choir concerts are coming up on December 8, 2023 at 6 pm at Peace Lutheran Church.  Our studio Christmas concert is happening on December 15, 2023 at 6 pm at Peace Lutheran Church.  

I am working on festival prep for the spring festival and competition series and also towards exams for some of my students.  

I am hoping to perform at a few Retirement Homes in winter to bring some cheer to the community.

Ready to roll again.

All private lessons are starting during the week of September 11, 2023.

Choir sessions are starting September 29, 2023.  

There are three choirs this year:

Bumblebees ages 5 to 10

Fire and Ice ages 10 to 16

Harmonious Divas ladies choir ages 17 and up.

It is almost a wrap. 

What a year.

Angelkeys Music Studio highlights and achievements:

• presented 5 recitals in two different locations
• participated in 5 separate Music Festivals across the Province
• took a record 10 performers to Provincials in Penticton
• achieved 3 Honorable Mentions and 1 Recommendation to the Canada West Music Festival in Edmonton in July for Musical Theatre while at Provincials. 
• I can not list all the many personal bests and break throughs over the year 

Some students participate in competitions and others sing and play the piano for the simple joy of it.  I love it all.  My students make my days each and every week.  It is my privilege to work with all of them. 

On June 24, I had the privilege to perform Languages of Love with Kelly Coubrough at Trinity United Church in Vernon.  

I would say this was a fantastic year for all of us.
