When our local festivals was cancelled many of my students were disappointed.

The CFMTA offered a Covid E-Festival and some students decided to participate.

I am thrilled to see all the wonderful videos that were sent in and seeing the adjudications come back.  I am very proud of all of the participants.  Bravo! your results are stellar.

Hello all

So much has happened in the last 6 weeks.

All lessons have been moved online and are going well.  You are all rock stars with how you have adapted to this new normal.

Just for Fun ladies choir is meeting virtually on Thursdays at 7 pm.  Contact me for a link to join.  We are still having fun.

Here is my exciting news:

We are moving to Vernon on May 3, 2020.  After 27 years in Williams Lake and with the many changes in our lives over the last 3 to 4 years we decided before the Covid crisis that we would do this.  And now even those plans did not work out how we thought. 

The original plan was to stay in Williams Lake until the end of June, finish the school year, go to Performing Arts BC Provincials and make the move after that. But with everything moving online, we decided to move once we have taken possession of our new place.  
Regular Online lessons will continue until the end of June and start up again in early September.  I will be available online throughout the summer as well.  If possible I will come back in the summer and hold a big musical party in the park with my studio.

In the fall I will continue with regular online sessions and once we can meet in person again I am planning regular trips to the Cariboo to meet with my students in person and help them participate in the Cariboo Music Festival in 2021 and beyond.  

Williams Lake has been a fantastic community for us to live and work in.  This is the beginning of a new chapter in our lives.  You will never be forgotten and always be in my heart.
